Q: How do I order?
A: Very simple, choose the subscription length you want to watch, click Buy Now, enter your information including real phone and email so we can send you the logins. Then install one of the apps, enter your code and start watching!
Q: How can I get a Trial?
A: Register an account today. Please make sure to include your complete information. (Be aware that if there is any missing or incomplete information your Trial order will sit in a pending status and will not distribute necessary codes to you.
Go to https://store.grifftv.com and choose the trial and checkout. No credit card needed!
You will receive an email explaining how to get started. The email will contain your Trial code. Otherwise go back to My Account and you will see your codes and credentials immediately for 4 devices for 24 hours!
Q: Can I use it anywhere?
A: Anyone with a good internet connection can use the service. You can watch up to 4 devices at once but only one mobile device can be used outside of your household.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment methods. Including PayPal.
Q: How do I renew?
A: Simple, follow the same steps when you ordered the first time. Your app will show you when the subscription is running out. Place another order and time will be added to your account.
Q: Is there a credit check?
A: No! there is no credit check, ever, no contract, ever, just easy to watch affordable tv!
Q: Is there a contract?
A: No, there is never a contract, order as much or as little time as you like.
Q: How do I renew?
A: Easy as when you first ordered, simply return to the store, order the time you wish to add, and checkout, it will be added to your account.
Q: Do I get billed each month?
A: No, we do not bill you, this way there are no surprises, when it is time to renew simply return to the store and place another order. Time will be added to your account.
Q: What devices does it work on?
A: You can watch tv on all iphones, ipads, android boxes, phones, tablets, windows pc and mac. Fire devices need to be above 2nd Gen, preferably 4K and late end 2nd Gen, and Android boxes must be 5.0 and higher. You will have sound issues with the outdated devices.
You must also have a good enough internet connection to stream. Minimum is 30mbps but with multiple devices you need a better speed than that.
If you have issues streaming you may need to upgrade your router if you have multiple devices. Most current internet providers have sufficient devices.
Q: How many devices can I use?
A: You can watch up to 4 devices at once. If you need to remove one device from your account, you need to request it be delisted, send us an email. Fire devices, android devices, IOS, and some models of Samsung and LG can be used, but not all. Samsung and LG aren’t regularly updated from them and it can cause issues. A streaming device is recommended.
Q: Can a friend use my account?
A: No, sorry, sharing the account will cause your account to stop working.
Q: How to add/change or remove a device?
A: You can change or replace an active device by contacting us via live chat, call, or email. You can now also click Log Out on the INFO tab in the app, log in to your account online and click Renew next to the device slot.
Any Unused Device Link Codes will expire after some time for security purposes. To get a refreshed code link for a Unused Device Code please login to My Account and select Renew for Device Codes. Any Unused Device Codes will then refresh to allow you to add Device Link Code to add new device.
